Since 2012 I've worked freelance, in agencies and inside tech companies — designing identities and helping businesses connect with their audience through design.
The last five years I spent at Trezor, one of the most respected companies in crypto security. I led the visual identity through a rebrand, a facelift and three product generations — art direction, product launches, packaging, and the systems that keep a brand consistent while a company grows around it.
That time taught me how design works at scale: across teams, under scrutiny, with an identity people touch every day. It also reinforced what I value in the work: a clear purpose, a positive contribution, and the feeling that what I'm helping build is genuinely useful.
A brand crypto natives already trusted, learning to speak to everyone else. I translated the strategy into a warmer, more human identity — then we proved the direction element by element, in performance tests.
One fixed date, many surfaces: product sub-identity, packaging, campaign and a live keynote — art directed to speak in one voice everywhere the flagship appeared.
An app where people trade Bitcoin peer to peer, no middlemen — the identity had to feel trustworthy and low-key at once. Years later, it still serves the community unchanged.

Where I'm headed, what I've learned and Notes on how I approach the work
I think of a brand as a small world with its own rules and principles. When those rules hold, everything inside feels like it belongs — and people sense it immediately, even if they can't name it. My job is to design those rules: clear enough to guide the work, flexible enough to grow, and distinct enough to be remembered.

Identity design, visual language, guidelines, design systems
I started out in 2012 with freelance work. Then, after a couple of years at Follow Bubble, I got my first experience working with major brands — social media, campaigns and web design for clients like Philips, Skoda Auto and T-Mobile.
In 2017, I co-founded Madesense Digital, a small studio helping entrepreneurs innovate through digital products and brands. Running it taught me that design is only half the job — the other half is process, communication and trust.
In 2020, I joined Packeta Group, a company specialising in logistics innovation. Working alongside an experienced design team, I helped evolve the company's visual identity, its touchpoints and digital products.
A year later, I joined SatoshiLabs, a Bitcoin-first tech holding built around the mission of empowering individual independence. Through companies like Trezor, Tropic Square and Vexl, I helped shape its visual expression across different products and audiences. At Trezor, I later moved from drawing identities to designing the systems behind them — how an identity behaves across products, packaging, campaigns and code, and how people work with it. I learned to give feedback with reasons and protect an identity people interact with every day. Along the way, I went deep into two unexpected crafts: print production for packaging of hardware products and AI-assisted workflows, which became part of my everyday practice.
In 2026, I opened my own practice again — and brought all of it with me.
Testimonials
Kind words from people I've worked with on great projects
Adam is a rare mix of art direction and systems thinking. He helped set brand direction across the company in a way that designers could actually follow day to day. Fast iterations, consistently high quality, and ideas that always held together. Direct, dependable, and someone I could trust on anything we took on.
Daniel ValcikHead of Design, Trezor
Adam led Trezor's visual identity for five years — a rebrand, a facelift and three product generations. Our ambition was crypto security for everyone, not just experts, and Adam translated that into how Trezor looks and feels. The Safe 7 launch he art directed became the most successful launch in our history — the press called it crypto's Apple moment — and it brought hundreds of thousands of new users to Trezor.
Matej ZakCEO, Trezor
We needed to look like the company we were becoming in the secure chip industry, and Adam's design work got us there before we were. It gave us an identity we were confident putting in front of investors and partners during our €4M raise, no explaining, no second-guessing.
